We're happy to announce that the 2012 Toro CSC Triathlon Events are now live and can be found in the events section of the Toro CSC website (www.torocsc.com)

2012 sees Toro CSC Events expanding their events calendar in the Hull & East Yorkshire area, adding several new and exciting races to the already established and increasingly popular events.

A Norse weekend gets underway at the World famous Humber Bridge on the evening of Saturday 9th June with the Ride of the Valkyries Triathlon, an open water sprint distance triathlon which gets the legs and lungs going ahead of the main event, The Valhalla Middle Distance Triathlon which takes place on the morning of Sunday 10th June. Both events feature a thrill ride of a swim in the fast moving River Humber and a crossing of the World Famous Bridge either on the bike or the run.

The pool based sprints, at South Hunsley, Apollo and Artemis, will once again start and finish the Yorkshire and Humber triathlon season, taking place in April and October respectively and the pool sprint at David Lloyd Hull, Athena, will come forward a week to the last weekend in June.

All three pool based sprints will once again form the EY Events Gold Rush Triathlon Series, offering athletes competing across all three races the chance to win some unique prizes.

The team at Toro CSC will also be running the enormously popular and 2011 sell out Hell On The Humber night endurance race again in August 2012, in addition to new events The Kraken Sea Swim and The Hull Marathon.

Something for everyone in 2012
